Dragon's Way Qigong
TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine

Dragon's Way Qigong is a comprehensive wellness program that brings the body back to balance. It emphasizes Qigong practices and includes healthy eating and lifestyle guidance.  This program is based on the ancient system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), one of the oldest holistic medical systems in the world.

The program includes three steps to bring your body back to balance: 

​

1. Learn and practice TEN select Qigong movement that have the ability to "clean up" the body and increase energy (Qi)

​

2. Learn how to increase and strengthen your Qi with foods selected to support the body's need for energetic balance. 

​

3. Learn how to partner with your body and understand why pain, discomfort, mood swings and food cravings are deep messages from the body. We'll use the Five Element Consciousness Framework to tune in to the messages our bodies are sending. 

​

We will meet for 6 week. Program includes guidebook, instructional practice video and Grand Master Lu formulated herbal supplements are available (optional).
