Shawn Marie Cichowski is a student of Grand Master Lu's Dragon' Way Qigong, having embarked on her journey after exploring alternative methods for self-healing. With a strong commitment to the practice of Qigong, she strives to live in harmony with natural law. Shawn passionately shares the ancient teachings and practices that harmonize the mind, body, and environment, highlighting how Qigong and Chinese Medicine connect you to universal energy for optimal health and well-being.

TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine

Dragon's Way Qigong is a comprehensive wellness program that brings the body back to balance. It emphasizes Qigong practices and includes healthy eating and lifestyle guidance. This program is based on the ancient system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), one of the oldest holistic medical systems in the world.

The program includes three steps to bring your body back to balance:
​
1. Learn and practice TEN select Qigong movement that have the ability to "clean up" the body and increase energy (Qi)
​
2. Learn how to increase and strengthen your Qi with foods selected to support the body's need for energetic balance.
​
3. Learn how to partner with your body and understand why pain, discomfort, mood swings and food cravings are deep messages from the body. We'll use the Five Element Consciousness Framework to tune in to the messages our bodies are sending.
​
We will meet for 6 week. Program includes guidebook, instructional practice video and Grand Master Lu formulated herbal supplements are available (optional).

Qigong for Breast Health
Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles are powerful rebalancing practices that help the body restore health. This workshop covers various aspects of breast cancer prevention.

​For thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine has embraced natural healing techniques. They discovered the body’s connection to nature and learned how to apply this wisdom to recognize imbalances in the body.
We’ll explore the importance of energy flow for overall well-being and talk about how emotions and lifestyle, including eating habits affect the digestive system. A well-functioning digestive system is crucial to breast health.
You will also learn 7 powerful Wu Mind Qigong movements specifically designed to guide energy through meridians that run through the breast and to aid the digestive system in regaining balance.

In addition to the Qigong postures, Guidance on foods to eat, and what foods draw energy from your digestive system will be covered. Also we will learned about the role emotions play in creating imbalances and what steps can help you realign with inner calm.
The Eastern perspective on illness is not fear-based. The view is shifted to recognize that “illness” is merely an imbalance in life. Together we’ll work towards encouraging the body to come back to balance. A mini guidebook will be provided.
