An experiential coaching approach that integrates the healing power of nature and adventure to enhance your psychological, physical and spiritual health and well-being. Connection with the earth and its systems are at the core of Ecotherapy.

WESTERN NY HIKES/WALKS - ECO-THERAPY
Solo Hiker or Adventurer? Someone that is grieving? Just looking for fun? Or perhaps a spiritual seeker? Our walks & excursions through the healing power of nature help bring mind and body in harmony with heart. A professional Eco-therapist /Life Coach will share a personable nature experience with you. Many clients walk for healing, coaching, stress/anxiety management or simply as an opportunity to enjoy and be nature.
Private Eco-Therapy Excursion Pricing:
Eco-Therapy Walk/Hike: $195 per hour
Take a mindful walk with a professional coach/healer. Intuitively we will assist you in connecting and grounding back to self through the support of nature. Select a hiking location (see below) and Eco-therapist Shawn Marie Cichowski will create a healing experience to renew, restore and inspire you. 1-2 hours (See below for hike options)
Eco-Therapy Half Day Renewal -$300
Experience includes a mindful walk/hike plus light meal, and tea. 2.5-5 hours
- Hike will be based on your intentions. We offer energy clearing, life coaching or reiki/mediation to any experience.
Eco-Therapy Full Day Renewal - $395
A personal day retreat. Spend the day in nature, enjoy a gourmet outdoor picnic, desserts and tea.

Letchworth State Park*

Letchworth State Park is a 14,427 acre New York Stare Park. Known as the "Grand Canyon of the East" is one of the most scenically magnificent areas in the eastern U.S. The Genesee River roars through the gorge over three major waterfalls.
Chestnut Ridge Park- Eternal Flame
6121 Chestnut Ridge Road, Orchard Park, NY 14127
This hike is slightly on the difficult scale, located at Chestnut Ridge Park. The trail to find the eternal flame is 1.5 miles round trip.
Stiglmeier Park
500 Losson Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14227
Trails Galore!! Stiglmeier Park has 31 hiking trails ranging from .5 to 6 miles that spans over the 308 acres of ground. Plenty of wildlife and it's a beautiful well-maintained park.
Devils Hole State Park
Robert Moses Recreation Trail, Niagara Falls, NY 14301
Devil's Hole State Park overlooks the lower Whirlpool Rapids/Devil's Hole Rapids. This a a moderately challenging hike with pitched steps. A widely beautiful walkway leads down from the park along the turbulent Niagara River.
Creation Trail
1400 Two Road , Marilla, NY 14102
Spiritual Nature Trail that has a little bit of everything! The creation trail spands over 59 acres. It runs along a creek, is 1.25 miles and you walk through trees and fields. The trail contains Biblical sayings to inspire contemplation. This trail is ideal for all skill levels.
Tift Farms Nature Preserve
1200 Fuhrmann Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14203
Tift Nature Preserve is a 264-acre nature refuge with five miles of nature trails and three boardwalks to explore. The hiking is easy and scenic.
Knox Farms State Park
437 Buffalo Road, East Aurora
Knox farm State Park has 633 acres to enjoy. Enjoy an easy hike along the paths, biking in designated areas, and even horseback rides with a permit.
Glen Park
237 Glen Ave, Williamsville
This park is located near picturesque Glenn Falls. Walk starts at WNY Life Coaching Center's Williamsville Office. Easy and Scenic.
Emery Park
2084 Emery Road, South Wales 14139
"Considered the most unique park, combing natural beauty and solitude". Over 457.5 acre park. Several natural trails that are along Cazenovia Creek. Hike is level, easy and scenic.
Sky High Aerial Adventure Park @ Holiday Valley*
6557 Holiday Valley Road, Ellicottville, NY 14731
The largest in New York and 3rd largest in the US, Sky High Aerial Park is a series of platforms and "bridges" and ziplines built in a 4 acre section of the woods. There are 13 courses with varying levels of difficulty.

2020 FALL Nature Walk @ Knox Farms
Enjoy a mindful walk to clear your mind and uplift your spirit. Walk includes an energy clearing practice, tea and a small snack. Registration required.

ECOTHERAPY: MINDFUL WALK TO GLEN PARK.
This 1 hour experience begins at WNY Life Coaching Williamsville Office. As a group we will take a mindful walk to Glen Park (.25 miles). Prior to leaving we will set an intention, perform an energy clearing practice and learn about walking mediation. While at the park we will tune into our senses and experience the park with full awareness. We will enjoy gentle breathing practice and embrace the healing ions of the waterfall. We will also enjoy a simple guided meditation and have a small snack and tea. This a very gentle and easy outdoor experience that is ideally to help you clear your mind and regain focus and vitality.
