Energy Inversion therapy is a movement/pose in which you hold your heart higher than your head. Research has shown that this therapy to be advantageous for the body as a whole. It benefits the cardiovascular, lympathic, endocrine and nervous system.  

STEPS TO HEALTH:

1. Sit very close to the wall as possible. Bring your hips close to the wall sideways and slowly inhale to raise the legs and bring them on the wall. Hold on to the floor and gently adjust the body to scoot closer to the wall until your body is flat against the wall.

2. Make sure the legs up the wall are perpendicular to the upper body and the toes are pointing downwards with the support of the heels on the wall.

3. Stay here with the eyes closed and allow your entire body to relax. Enjoy your breath. Hold pose for 3-5 minutes.
