Our coaches use various mindfulness and energy psychology activities /coaching techniques to develop self awareness, healthy lifestyle behaviors and self soothing practices. Our mission is to help young adults and children thrive under any and all circumstances. WNY Life Coaching's Staff welcomes the opportunity to design a program or event for your venue, class or organization. Additionally, we coach parents, teachers and/or offer leadership seminars for organizations, schools and groups.
